Welcome to Thulika. These Terms of Service are a binding contract between you and Thulika (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms (referred to as “Thulika”). 2. Content on Thulika

The audiobooks, Malayalam translations, narrations, cover art and other materials on Thulika are owned by Thulika or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream that content for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform or otherwise exploit the content outside the features we provide.

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to Thulika (for example, a display name or feedback). However, we reserve the right to remove any content from Thulika at any time, for any reason (including if someone alleges you contributed content in violation of these Terms), at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Thulika only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities;
• sharing your account credentials with others;
• attempting to access unauthorized areas of the site;
• scraping, downloading, re-uploading or redistributing the audio or catalogue;
• interfering with the security or integrity of our services.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

Thulika offers both free and paid plans. Some titles offer a free first chapter so you can judge the quality before paying. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our website. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change; we will give notice before a price change affects your renewal.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment for access to the catalogue as it exists and as it grows.

6. Refund Policy

If a paid plan is not what you need, email us at MalayalamAudiobookcompany@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will happily refund you, as long as you paid through the web. No questions asked. There is a fair-usage limit: if you have listened to an unreasonable amount of content (for example, more than 6 hours) before requesting a refund, we may decline because we have already incurred the delivery and content costs.

Lifetime purchases follow the same 14-day window. Refunds for purchases made through a mobile app store are handled by that store under its own policies, and its decision is final.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, but there will be no refunds for the remaining period of the subscription. Cancelling a free trial before it ends prevents any charge.

8. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Thulika at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update the service or these terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a notice on the site). Continuing to use Thulika after a change means you accept the updated terms.
